blown to shreds

Oakland, CA

Good chance this will be joining some of Rod's picys in Pending. I'm not sure what I think of it just yet.

Thanks tv. I have brightened it up a tad.

I actually like this for its casually spontaneous look but I would have been strongly tempted to darken and shift levels to bring out the colors. See in pending what I mean. -tv

I did wait for the wind change Maurice, the other side is much worse. But I agree, it's not quite right. (maybe that's what I like about it, it's just not quite right & that's ok with me)

Its a good idea, the background is a bit distracting though!
You could wait until the wind changes direction :)

:-)hehe

I take that back, I do know how to transfer the pics, and have. Thanks for the make-over Rod. You should think about taking-up photography. Hehe.

I wouldn't know how to switch them, but thanks for the offer. Just for the offer, half the prize riches shall be yours.
Rod 02-Sep-2007 04:12
You can use this version if like Tom on the understanding you share all the prize money wiv me:-)

That looks great Rod! My camera doesn't have color profile options (as far as sRGB, that I know of). Also, I use IPhoto '08 for the limited processing it allows, so I don't understand masks, curves, points, etc. Guess someday I'll have to give in to PhotoShop (maybe not, I can muck things up just fine without).

Rod, This is actually the whole shot. It's across the way in a neighbor's backyard, so my little A710 is zoomed out to max. That's why it's unclear. Funny, the unclarity is what I like most.
Keep those comments commin'. It's lonely in this gallery! What's with that? I know there are better ideas/picys than mine out there, not to mention cameras. (I do love my P&S though)

I think you should leave it here Tom we don't want to lower the standard in Pending:-)
This could work really well but it looks like a small crop from a bigger image & nothing looks very clear. Can you have another go at this shot?
