Sweet photo!

Thanks for the comments, I have cropped the image to remove that destracting bit of beach! I spent a week on the Norfolk coast, thinking it would be an ideal opportunity to get some nice sunlit/sunset water shots, but all I got is storms and greyness all week :( So I did some experimenting and was quite pleased with some of the wave shots i got!

Love the black and white treatment and the excellent contrast and composition! Great choice of shutter speed!

Super powerful shot! I would never have thought to do a long exposure here, but you did it brilliantly! I agree about the crop.

Wonderfully stormy water Maurice! The 1s shutter makes the water look foamy and the b/w conversion looks really good! I agree about the crop too! ;-) CJ

Very good, Maurice. I agree with Techo's suggestion.

I'm liking how your shot shows the power of the water. This is really good. -COAmature

Nicely done Maurice as we normally make the blurred water shots look too girly but this is a real blokes shot, full of testosterone:-) Great work mate.

Great shot Maurice! The ocean in fury, nicely captured. I do also like the b/w conversion. Would only suggest a crop off the bottom, so we don't see the beach rocks/sand there in the bottom left corner. Without it, my eyes tend to be more fixed at the top of shot, more interesting part I think.
