I like that the sharpest parts seem to be the reflection, rather than the boy. I think this draws the eye into the puddle.

nice reflection and crop.

Thanks CJ. The puddle is only a couple feet wide and 1/8 inch deep, not much to play in but boys will be boys. -Doug

Nice reflection shot Doug. I wish the child was playing in the water but this is still cute! CJ

I really like the combo which gives direct eye to the water. Wish it was sharper though. jano

Nicely noticed, composed with the 1/3 rule in effect! works well! -Cat

Good one Doug. As Mikey said, it commands attention and the headless image of the boy gives it the seriousness of youth on the precipice of life as it considers tumbling in. -tv

Thanks Barry and Mikey. I did not sharpen. Maybe I'll give it whirl. -Doug

Well done, Doug. This is a compelling image, it got my attention even without a head "B^) It could be a bit sharper (did you sharpen?) but it works well as is. Cheers, -mikey

Nice shot Doug! It tells a story (and without requiring you to have to get a model's release)!
