SPLASH of COLOR

Southwest Harbor, Maine

Taken in Maine on an ocean trail. Only by accident turned up the saturation too high which produced this effect (which I liked--many of you may not). Anyway, it definitely is Vivid!

Canon EOS 350D ,Sigma 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 DC OS
1/250s f/10.0 at 96.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Nice. Lost the natural charm, but added another dimension to it. Makes you think what's going on. May be a dream come true for lots of kids their age!

I'm not sure about this one Eric. I think the picture would be better without the art of PP making it less natural. Although it has been pushed into the vivid catagory for sure. OK. I'll call it a keeper because it kept my eye longer than many. -COAmature

This "accident" accentuates the girls' involvement with the never-ending wonder of the sea and surf. The added halo effect on their hair accentuates the glow of this fantasy. It works for me. -tv

The world is going crazy, Neo. It's the Matrix.
Just having some fun with a fun topic.
aam1234, you must be thinking of someone else. I am Eric, not Erica.
thanks for your comments.

Good heavens first CJ's veggies developed a radioactive glow and now the oceans have turned into rainbow sherbet. I like the title. :-D
