Thanks for the comments. It did take a lot of patience. I landed up with a lot of pictures with no bee, but just of where a bee had just been :-)

Nicely done Neo & good use of the flash. All your settings seem just right for this sort of shot but the bee is just outside of your focus, Great effort mate:-)

Very Cool! I saw a bee just today & wondered how hard getting an in-flight shot would be. Good catch.
