With the challenge theme in mind this is my pick of the three. Have you tried out Noise Ninja? I like it a lot more than Neat Image. The shot could use just a tad of levels, darken the shadows, to give it some extra contrast.
I like this one the best of the 3 water shots Tom, even with the high ISO. A little PP, contrast and maybe some noise reduction, might make this even better. CJ

For some reason this one isn't working so well maybe the Iso1600 didn't do this shot justice, although it worked well on the other two shots.
