Looks like a tight spot to have shot in. The composition works. Only thing I find distracting is the really bright spot on the blue shirt. Trying to bringout the contrast in PP can exxagurate brighter spots of the image. Have you tried layering the shot with the original layer underneath the adjusted one and erasing away and/or burning the bright spot on the new layer?
