Yes, from composition point of view not leaving anything to the left of the sign doesn't look right. BUT, the idea was to hide the property in question - I think it adds to the atmosphere of the image.

The sign is a little to abrupt for me. I'd like to back up and put a little image on the left of the sign if possible. -COAmature

Very prominent sign is well placed to act as a virtual portal to its surroundings. Try some more contrast to add impact to this otherwise good shot. -tv
