Yes it works really well with the flash only lighting the sign. Goodun mate:-)

Excellent, clever placement of the sign gives the appearance of the children frolicking over the rooftops - a la Peter Pan. -tv

I like the starkness & contrast of the bright sign & the silhouette of the building (where the children surely live), along with the sky. Gives an ominous feeling!
