The right side was/is a problem of sorts. I left the vertical bars in an attempt to balance the left side, and to stimulate eye movement around the perimeter. Thanks for the comments. Controversy is stimulating. -tv

Hi Mikey, you meant Aam not Techo ;)
But I could see how a crop looks good too.

Strange the white part everyone wants to crop out is the only abstract part of the shot.................well sort of:-)

Nice shot, well seen, Tom. I tried the crop suggested by Techo (just cutting off the white vertical bar) and find that it does help me look at this very nice abstract. Cheers, -mikey

Very nice - now wondering what it is?
aam1234 01-Jun-2007 15:01
I'm with Techo.

If it were me I'd crop the right part a bit, it seems a bit distracting and lowers the "abstract" scale of the photo, if you know what I mean :)

I must say I kinda like the 3D effect here. Very neat.

You are right, Rod. A bit too much reality, but I couldn't get further away due to traffic - or maybe I should have made a glorious exit in the name of art! -tv

Love it! It certainly is eye-catching due to its great composition. shu

For some reason this isn't hitting the abstract spot for me, all the ingredients for an abstract are here. Maybe it looks too 3D-ish, I think long telephoto compression may have worked better. Nice shot but:-)

Wow Tom, how come I can never find these great structures. Very nice. -COAmature
