Rod, the hazy mountain peaks in the background are what I considered the "distance" element. But I agree with you ... I don't know if this shot really says "distance." I might replace it with something else if I get a chance.

The colours seem like Alaska colours especially in the sky, not so sure I view this as a distance shot though.
