Looks like Rita or another storm after Katrina. I've tried many times for such an effective windblown seashore shot and failed. With this one so full of atmosphere, I would probably try some selective cropping to emphasize the gloom of the storm and eliminate the slight burnout of the clouds in the upper left. I love the details of the dune grass, waves and windy clouds. Reminds me of the day before Katrina when I was vacationing in NOLA. -tv
