Very nice image Britt, but I can't help but think Mary Anne's suggestions could possibly make it even better. I think the soft focus works well for the mood here :-)
Britt, the image in the mirror is so warm and soft, but the cool blue cast to the foreground seems to clash with the mood. Also, the bright red thumbnail draws too much attention. I'd try cropping from the bottom to eliminate the bright reflection on her left shoulder and from the right so that less of the back of her neck shows. Maybe tone down the nailpolish also. You've captured a wonderful expression on her face, and that's what we want to be focusing on.
