Thanks, CJ. All three were scanned directly from the negatives using a Nikon LS-8000 film scanner. I used Photoshop to remove dust spots from all of the images and to tweak the color balance where needed. The only other manipulation was to resize and add the thin borders. The two color photos were shot on Kodak 120 color negative film and the b&w photo was shot on Kodak 35mm Plus-x film. I used a cheap Yashica Mat-124G twin lens reflex for the 120s and a Nikon FTn SLR with a 35mm f/2 lens for the 35mm.
Three wonderful shots Ken! This does look like it could go on an album. Nice B&W - did you have to do anything to your shots in PS or are these just scanned and resized for Pbase? Nice! CJ

Thanks everyone for your comments.
Rod, this was taken in a "home" recording studio built by the drummer (the guy on the left in the photo). Sue Anne, the background is padding put on the wall to help control the sound. If I remember correctly, this was actually taken in the singer's booth, a separate, tiny room which was isolated from the rest of the band. Having the singer isolated from the band allowed the vocals to be overdubbed after the band got the music track the way they wanted it.
Sharon, this was in Northeast Mississippi, about 30 miles from Tupelo, the birthplace of Elvis Presley.
Oh my goodness, Kenneth, we must be the same age! I have pictures of friends from this time period that look exactly like this! Where were you when these were taken? I like this one the best, a nice portrait of all three of them. Good work and I am impressed you could even find these shots! ~Sharon
