Nicely shot. Nice light and pose. Only nitpick is the black background. The background is much too black and doesn't fit in as well with the tones of the subject. I see you've tried to isolate the subject from the background but It's not blending in as nicely with the subject. Some darkening of the midtones should take care of that. Most probably our monitors are setup differently and it looks perfectly fine on yours. I have mine setup to see all the different tones herehttp://www.photofriday.com/calibrate.php
I agree with Rod, Debbi. Have you tried a noise reduction program on this? I hope you don't mind, but I've posted it in Pending with noise reduction applied. It's a free program called "Noiseware," and you can download it off the web. I don't have the website, but you can google it...just choose the Community Edition, which is the free version.

Nicely done Debbi the only thing I'm not so sure about is the high iso grain that's mainly apparent in her skin tones which isn't so flattering for this sort of shot.................I think:-)
