This image is lovely. I think there is room for improvement if some of the reflection in the eyes can be toned down just a bit. The better that details in the eyes could be seen, the better the photo would communicate her personality.

Barry, I usually don't include exif details as I often find them irrelevant with post processing and filters on and off camera etc.This one is pretty well out of the camera with minmal levels etc. so the exif is:
Andy, would it be possible for you to include your camera / lens info somewhere? Your photos are so good that I'm curious about your camera equipment. Also, how is this lit? Is that a reflection of open windows in her eyes?
