Thanks for the comments and the B&W conversion help, Rod. I don't see how I could use the B&W now, tho. So, I did a little noise reduction and channel mixing to soften the look a bit, and I think I'll stick with the color shot. BTW, this is an available incandescent light pic, i.e. it needed some modification to balance the yellows. Cheers, -mikey

I like this in B&W Mikey, I did a conversion & just burnt in the OOF far eye & cheek so all the emphasise was on this side of the face. It seems to have the look of a flash shot which seem to work better in B&W than colour. I posted the burnt in shot in the pending gallery I didn't play with any other tweaks so more might be possible.
