I like the warmth here Sharon - very natural shot and love how you are looking above the paper. Very nice indeed. jano

You caught me! There is a small halogen desk lamp in my lap, aimed not quite high enough! ~Sharon

My guess would be an additional light source next to Sharon as the brightest light is bottom left with a little light shining up to the face. How about it Sharon! CJ

Where is your shadow! The obvious light-source is the lamp behind you, yet you cast no shadow on the paper. Neat magic :)

Thanks, Bill, CJ, Gerry, Mary Anne and Chris! Mary Anne, I have a remote, but I still had to drop it and grab the edge of the paper before the camera went off. I think it gives you two seconds which sounds like a lot but it isn't when you are trying to look relaxed! ~Sharon

Wonderfully done :-)

Really nice, Sharon. You look so serene here, but I can imagine the scramble to get into position after setting the self-timer. Or do you have a remote?

Good one Sharon! I like the idea, light shining through the paper, and the composition is terrific too! CJ

Such a finely tuned setup here topped off with the eyes and half glasses which are getting a bit of fill light.
