Thanks all. It was wonderful sitting by the ocean sipping a Dos Eques! CJ

Beautiful image, fantastic colors. I love the sun's rays crossing the sky, like the spokes on a wheel! - Henry

You captured the evening mood very well. I like how the last sun rays touch the sea. -gerald

Beautiful colors in the sky and I like that I can see the waves rolling in as well!

Thanks Mikey. It might have been nice to maybe have a little more room on the left to bring the sun more on the thirds line but this is pretty much what I wanted to include in the image - I like the shadow of the Palapa umbrella outlined by the sky and water - makes the eye wander around the image a little .... I think. ;-) CJ.

Lovely sunset, CJ! The comp is a bit off, to me, tho. It seems like too many points of interest, maybe. I'm not sure. I would have stepped to the left and put the sun on a third, with only part of the umbrella showing ... or something. As I say, just to my eye. This is a great place to be in December. I used to go down the Mexican coast two or three times a year before I moved to CO. Cheers, -mikey
