Sharon, very nice and simple idea, and equally good execution. -Abstract

Very lovely, and I like this one much more! :) - Henry

Thanks, Lee, Hanry, Mary Anne and CJ! I made a small change that I hope will make that corner a bit less distracting. I didn't do the egg decorating myself, Henry. I have tried to do pysanky in the past and discovered that it takes a good deal of practice to become this good, years! It is lovely, isn't it? ~Sharon

Beautiful egg Sharon and maybe a square crop might work although the carton doesn't bother me and I like it as-is. CJ

I agree with Henry, Sharon. There's just too much of that carton visible there, and it draws the eye away from the main subject of this wonderful photo.

Very nice Sharon, did you color the egg yourself? I like the diagonal lines of the eggs, but the blank space in the upper right corner is slightly distracting. I wonder if you looked at cropping off the top row of eggs, but liked this crop better? Still, very interesting shot, nice and sharp with great DOF and well on topic. - Henry
