Lunar Eclipse *

The moon has entered the umbral shadow and appears almost red.
Today's lunar eclipse has been visible at least partly from every continent.

The next lunar eclipse will occur on August 28, 2007
and will be visible over the Americas, the Pacific,
eastern Asia and Australasia.

Very good! We could not see it well here in Atlanta. It was partly cloudy -Cat

Very nice, the clouds in the Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts never cleared, so I didn't get a chance to see it! :( - Henry

Nice shot, Gerald. The clouds cleared away here when the eclipse was almost over, and my shots were of a boring *white* moon...nothing as dramatic as this.

Beautiful shot. By the time I realized it was happening, it was over. Ah well... Next time!
