I am really drawn the slight diagnonal created by the sharp bit of web. I find the bit of sharp plant tip? at the bottom left distracting and suggest cropping or blurring it out.

I like this, Christina. Almost an abstract with an underwater feel to it. Please keep us updated on your new lenses, as I'm sure a number of folks here (myself included) are looking into buying new ones.

I only got the 17-55mm f/2.8 IS, and this one. I can't afford more right now, and they really seem to do the trick for me!

That's very nice Christina, the DOF has a really nice effect with the curve. Wot other lenses did you get?
