BTW Sharon, this was the first time I've tried vignetting, so it's not as smooth as I would have liked. While it can be overdone, I thought it was appropriate for this subject.

Thank you all. This is my youngest son, who's studying to be a nurse practitioner, with our sweet old cat Trixie, who we unfortunately had to put down just a few weeks after this photo was taken. She looks like a kitten, but she was at least 15-16 years old.
