Thanks mrxdimension. The toning's quite simple. It's really only a strong reduction in saturation, shift hue a little towards the red, a slight increase in contrast plus a slight increase in brightness.

I like this photo. It certainly does say too early Monday morning to me. The expressions say to me "what am i doing here?" It's cold, it's Monday on four hours of sleep, and it's dark in all respects.
A technical question, I'd like to know how you approached the toning of this photo. What was your creative process? It's very well done for the mood.
