Pitty this one also has some motion blur from handshake in it. The 300D shouldn't do too bad at iso200 or maybe even iso400, which I think might give you the ability to shoot handheld with a fast enough shutterspeed. It's easier to deal with noise than motion blur, give it a try if you have the time to experiment :)
