This looks like it was a really nice home at one time - what a shame it's so deteriorated. :-(

I used to visit the people who lived here in the 60's and 70's, it was a warm friendly place. they visited last year and were shocked to see how fast it had deteriorated. It was occupied up until the mid 80's. Thanks all for the comments. James

Good shot. I always wonder about the story behind houses that are abandoned like this.

Another great shot. The weather looks much the same as we are having in Seattle right now; you did well with that challenging overcast sky. I wonder how old this house is and how long it has been abandoned?
