No, this is just as I found it. Generally, when I'm shooting outside, I leave things just as they are...and I have to admit that I've ruined some otherwise good ones by letting an obtrusive branch or leaf stay in the way. However, I think I'm finally learning that it's OK to "encourage" the composition of a shot. Thank you for your comment.

"Painting the town red" isn't good, but this photo is. Wonderful color and shadows. Did you peel some of it off? I'd do that, for sure... /MisterMattias

Yes, they still paint bricks around here, but obviously they didn't use the right kind of paint on this one.
