No, I don't think it's too much. I like it. It even seems to give it an sort of ethereal feel. I think the colors pop more as well. Excellent!

I updated the picture. Increase the brightness little bit and sharpen the image little bit. Is it too much now?

Yeah, I agree with Sharon. Give us a bit more level and this will be great. I love Chuihuly (or however you spell it!) His work is all about light!
