Thanks for the comments. You can see this work of art to the left in this photohttp://www.pbase.com/mistermattias/image/41485182 I thought it'd be more interesting to tilt the camera and capture it like this instead. It gives a greater impact. It works well in B/W too.
this is great! the composition is really effective - the repeating pattern of faucets seem to all be "draining" out of the bottom left of the image. Along with the diagonals, the perfectly aligned vertical row on the left edge emphasizes that even more. - b.c.
