Very nice viewpoint here. And the movement of the monorail really adds to the image, just wouldn't have been the same if it was static. Great shot for the challenge.

I like the inclusion of the tree to the left in this giving us a feel of nature with all this modernistic stuff buggering up the landscape like an overpaid architects wet dream. The blur works well, good one.

Yes great shot Bruce:-):-)!!!

Great monorail image Brent. I like how the tree and the building frame the shot and the Space Needle gives the picture a sense of place. Nice one! CJ

Nice one Bruce! I like the rich warm color here and the movement with the stationary needle in the background. I visited the space needles some years back. jano

Thanks Sharon. The Monorail was out of service for about a year and just started running again yesterday. It goes right past my office, but this view going into Gehry's EMP structure (boy it's a strange one) looks better. That Space Needle seems to pop up all over town- I sometimes think it follows me around :-)

I like this a lot, Brent. The combination of strange architectures and the moving monorail work really well together. It helps that they have some colors in common. It's the retrofuture with a dash of real future thrown in in the form of some of Gehry's architecture. Wonderful! ~Sharon
