I absolutely agree with you, Sharon: Ive visited La Alhambra more or less once a year for the last quarter of a century, but my photographic «harvest» is poor because most of the time there is someone standing in your cameras view (more often than not them taking pictures too ;-)). Nevertheless, last year I spent an afternoon there exclusively taking images with patience; and some of them seem quite acceptable to me:http://www.pbase.com/bollag/granada (though you might find many of them to be too static; but thats a matter of taste, IMHO). I really like this! I was there and was extremely frustrated by the tourists, unlike myself, who were always getting in the way. I ended up with some fairly stupid looking shots of the tops of arches by shooting over their heads. This shot is excellent in that it shows off the arches really well and instead of trying to avoid the tourists uses them creatively to show scale and make for a less static image. Nicely done! ~Sharon
