Took this today at a kickboxing match

You can well imagine the motion one feels when getting
slugged in the head by a boxing glove or foot

no post processing other than resizing

Canon EOS 20D
1/6s f/9.0 at 96.0mm iso1600 full exif

Ditto what's already been said. I might crop out the bluish-purple area at the bottom, which seems to be a bit distracting.
