cool effect, I would not have thought of panning a fireworks shot. I couldn't make it to the first 3 nights of the competition this year, but will hopefully make it to the finale tomorrow night :) - b.c.

Great idea, Ann! I will have to try panning next time, it is an exciting look. I am so jealous that you have an International Fireworks contest, what an opportunity for great shots! I find the reflections in the water a bit distracting and wonder if cropping the water out might make the image stronger? ~Sharon
