Great series Jeff. All well shot and not the least bit boring.

Many thanks for all the nice comments. The wife and I are rank beginners, but we try our best. I'm also a sucker for toned B & W shots, and hopefully we'll be getting Photoshop on a student discount this fall, so I can really advance my PP skills.

Baby Max does have beautiful eyes-- very clear, bright and perfectly blue, with nice fall-off toward the edges. Sometimes I think it makes my job as daddy photographer too easy; I just have to catch him with his eyes wide open to make people ooh and aah.

Ahhhh, the taste of disappointment is always bitter... and you captured it very well.
I cannot find anyone one photo less compelling than the other... all three are equally well done. nice series indeed! -Cat

Cute kid. Cute photos. n2 is my fav. I am sucker for toned BnW and I like that tone.

One thing. From shot 1 and 2, I suspect your kid has beautiful eyes. You should show them.

Matt.

Bring on the baby pics ! This last one is funny, (sad but cute ;) )

Forget the fridge, I like the baby' expressions .

Jeff, there's no need to apologize for these baby photos...they're not all all boring. You've captured some wonderful expressions, and the sepia conversion works very well.

Heh. No, not quite. I was standing over and behind him, with one hand behind him in case he fell. He really was going for blueberries, too. Thanks to both of you for the kind words. -Jeff

What a great shot! Were you actually in the fridge when you took this?
