LOL Actually we captured like over 20-30 pounds of these beauties this past spring (in one day)...and you'll notice we are still taking many more out of bags when this was taken. We had an interesting day, by way of "boating for morels"... meaning we boated up and down the river looking for dead trees or certain trees that would attract morels. I just had to capture this - hopefully we'll do it again next year. :) jano

Rod, morels are mushrooms. They have a short season and seem to like to grow under apple trees. They are especially good sauteed with a little garlic. ~Sharon

Wow, morels! I have never seen so many in one place before. Our apple trees usually produce one every other year or so! Nice capture of their texture. Now you need about a pound of butter and some garlic, yum! ~Sharon

This is good DOF from the Pro 1 init, but the line of sponges in the DOF are not as interesting as wot the OOF people are doing.
