very nice! the person sitting at the bottom right corner makes the shot for me. he/she seems to add sense of peace in the photo of this very unfortunate habitat. -Abstract

I see no reason to remove it either Deo. Seeing people living in these kind of conditions is not pretty, but it is part of the world we live in and something those in more fortunate circumstances should be made aware of.
@MaryAnne: I fully agree with you. The people living here have no choice but to live in such conditions, and that's what makes it ugly.
@Brent: This photo was taken in Pasig City, Philippines. I always pass by this scene on my way to work. Photo was shot when I was crossing the bridge above it.
Apologies if you find my entry disturbing. Let me know if its too much for this challenge and I will gladly take it out.
Deo, I'd like to see some closer views of these homes. As photographers and/or tourists, we tend to see such places as "picturesque," but when someone's only choice is to live in such squalid conditions, that is truly ugly.
