A couple of thoughts on blown highlights. (Don't you hate 'em?) I've been known to post produce a dark version for the highlights and a bright one for the darks but that only works if there is some detail in the highlights. Then I sandwich them in PS and use either opacity or an erasor to reveal the part I want. Labor intensive. You could also take two exposures and sandwich them in PS. I agree with you about the blown lights Shu. Couldn't avoid it & tried working on them but wasn't happy with the result. Maybe one day I'll find time to clone the light right out. Nifty
