At the Mall!*

A Southern California Mall

Yes, this was at the mall.
I'm not sure whether this is the best $8 an hour spent by a major American clothing store, or the worst!
All the spoofs of this place are true.

But in all seriousness, I'm not super proud of the shot. I hope it's on topic though and for now here it is. His chest is a little overexposed... :0) But I'm not sure how to fix it.

OK, OK. Now, thanks to Rod's advice, I am proud of the shot.

I thought about cropping out the pants, but I think it loses something and doesnt' add to the photo as the loss of the head did! It ends up ruining the nice line at the bottom, at least in my opinion!

I too, like him much better without his head. It's not like it's that useful anyway! ;)

Copy that. Funny how that is, I too agree it works better without the head. What happens if you crop out the pants too? ;)

This works so much better without the head (... my wife would say 'Like most men'). It now has a much stronger focal point.

David.

How do I put the original in my comments? I've seen people complain about not getting to see the originals before the changes were made. Don't want to make people testy. Here it is on my gallery if you're interested: http://www.pbase.com/electina/image/60943955

Enjoy.

Yes I like this cropped shot too, and glad I got to see the 'face' before you cropped. ;)

Nice work. :)

Christina, you can delete the line above about not being super proud of this shot, as you really should be. It looks terrific:-)
Rod 29-May-2006 19:26

I'd look like this if i shaved my chest. Might not wear my trousers so low though .
Rod 29-May-2006 09:45
Christine if you want to make this shot super clever & arrrrty then I would crop the top of the picy out to just under the blokes chin. Then you will have a great looking shot of the juxtaposition of the bloke & the background images & the over exposed bits work well too. Even me missus thinks it looks great then:-)
Go on get arrrrty:-)

I think I would like to go to 'your' mall. ;)

The overexposed may help the lighting effect in this picture.
