Upon further review I think you are right J. She is looking at (her) right and down a bit.

Really like the pic, and the mono treatment. For *, wish she wasn't looking at the camera, it makes it look a little staged.

This shot makes clear for me what is on topic. Not only that it has a well-defined focal point where the light is pointing at but the lighting makes the shot by adding a lot of drama. Great image. -Gerald
