Thanks Mary Anne I wish I knew more about flowers as I really love em. I got the lens when I first bought the 350D but was too lazy to change lenses:-) I think the long lens gives nicer backgrounds for these sorts of shots.

It's a hibiscus, Rod. You've been doing so many great flower photos recently...maybe it's time to start learning some of their names. LOL. BTW, did you just get a new lens?

Thanks Britt:-) It's a bugger with flower shots, trying to get a little something extra other than just pretty. Then again if the something extra doesn't happen then we still have a pretty shot:-)
