I really like the character of this one. The pelican sure does make this a special capture. Sure does remind of the Finding Nemo flick :)

Thanks David:-) The clouds are a bit of a rarity up here so is rain. We tend to go a bit silly when we have a nice cloud cover. I was in me artiiiiiistic phase for this shot so I only had the 18-55 lens on. Me peeping tom lens was in me bag:-)
'Gold' coast? Pah! 'Cold' Coast methinks. Thought it was always sunny down-under Rod. This looks more like my home town. Were you really trying to get the pelican or was this one of your peeping-tom trips? :-)
I like the use of the empty space - or whatever its called around the main subject. Nicely exposed.
