There are a couple ways to save for the right size here:
Use "Save As" and drag slider bar for file size to the left until it's under 153, 600K.
Use "Save for web" , size the photo with dimensions no larger than 800 on the long side, at the top drag slider left or right on "quality" until the K's are the right size.

hi Techo, I seem to be having a problem with how I'm going to resize my entries. I tried re-sizing them but it came out too small even if the size was around 200 kb at PS. Call me stupid but I can't seem to work my way around it.
I'll just withdraw my entries and try my luck next time.
Deo, had to move all three of your eligible posts to Pending.
File size being the culprit. Please keep all file sizes under 150KB = 153,600 bytes.
If you need any help reposting them back, post back here or at the forum.

I think I agree too...looked at it both ways and cropping off the land at the top gives this a nicer feel. I think it makes her look more alone to intensify the "thinking." It's a beautiful shot.
I agree with the others, I too would like this one more if the top landscape was cropped off.
P.S.
Deo, all of your three images in Eligible are oversized > 150kb(153,600 bytes). Will be forced to move them all to Pending if this is not corrected in a day or two. If you need any help please post back with your question.

Yes just the sea as a background would work a lot better. Nice shot Deo.

I like the light and shadow, but I think if you were to crop out the landscape at the top it would be a more powerful image.
