I'm glad you like me! That's nice since I like you too... but how is this off topic? Are the legs not matched pairs? Are they not "central" enough to the shot? Just curious.
Rod 24-Apr-2006 08:07
Christina can get away wiv an off topic shot because she's new here. .....................plus we like her:-)

I love the irridescence of the wings. Beautiful.

Yeah, cloning didn't work, mostly because I'm a hack at PS. Anyway, this will have to do for now!
Squared C18-Apr-2006 22:40
Ric, I would agree with you... and Alex, I'll try to clone it out, but I'm not very good at PS. We'll see what happens! Check my gallery and it'll be there sometime soon.

Very nice macro * clone out this big and bright OF thingy

Errr - if pairs of legs count as matched pairs then several pictures from the pending gallery can return, with their pairs of legs and eyes and windows... Nothing personal Christina it's a nice picture...

Thanks for all the sweet comments. I'm glad you guys like it. I'm new to insects, so this one was a lucky catch while I was shooting the flowers nearby. I'm trying to get more insects, but they're small and they usually move around a lot. Not a great recipe for macro work!

Great macro :)

Hehe :-) I've figured it out later, but been busy even to comment "Oh, I see" to my own remark. Funny how sometimes we fail to see the obvious :-) /Oved

The title was a great clue Oved:-)
Squared C17-Apr-2006 21:14
Sure. The pairs are the three pair of legs that are grasping the stem... Hope this helps! Christina
ctfchallenge17-Apr-2006 12:16
Very nice Cristina :-) * Do you mind explaining the pairs for me?
Welcome to the challenge. /Oved
