This picture was taken in Lisboa/Portugal. I really wanted to move in closer and take more pictures (the whole setting seemed surreal)...but was chased out..not by the lady...but by other elements.

What a strange place. What/where is it? Did you just happen by, or have you seen this woman feeding pigeons and feral cats on other occasions?
