This seems almost the opposite of your Geisha shot, where the Geisha was in color and the type was in b&w. Here the woman seems to be almost monochromatic and the all the color is behind her. Very nice! ~Sharon

I realllly enjoy this image. absolutely great candid. It's definitely one of my favorites out of this challenge. it is compositionally excellent. and the colors and slight rough appearance make this feel really raw to me. that's just the word that comes to me to describe it.. there is something about her look too. she seems very contemplative and somber. I love this.
