I like how my eyes instantly get bombarded by all the posters/text, then naturally scan left to right , "reading" the signs. This leads them lower...drawing my attention to the runner, who almost seems to be bearing the weight of all this "information overload"

Great, Rod! Another perfect shot for the theme. I love the kid sprinting through the image, great capture! But, where is my sunset and typography shot?! ~Sharon

This picture has a very photo-journalistic feel to it...looks like the kid is sprinting past a snipers alley. Like the high contrast. Would get rid of the shadow bottom left.
