Ok, but now I expect hundreds of votes ...lol...just kiddin' ...no black line...no sharpening glow...thanks for all these suggestions!

I like the bench there, so I suggest to keep it. But agree, the sharpening is a bit generous here.

I too like the colors, but agree with Rod about the bottom. Cropping the bottom and the right side bench. Also straightening the far horizon by titling the photo just a tad counter clockwise. Per Abstracts suggestion, a soft filter or not sharpening the photo would be nice and you can also bump up the saturation a bit too :)

Armin, this is an excellent and soothing landscape shot with beautiful shades of green and blues. btw you might want to work on the sharpening halo around the tree branches. btw you might not need sharpening at all.
you can also try something softglow or midnight-sepia sort of filter/action, if you want to experiment with effects. i like the photo though. -Abstract

Love it! And I'm not too bothered by the curb. Though there is a little tiny bit of green in the lower left corner that won't make the black uniform. Still love it nonetheless.

This looks very good but I'm a bit unsure about the black at the bottom of the shot. Nice shot mate.
