I didnt really protect my gear. I just made a few shots until too much mist was on the lens. That's the kind of risk you can take with a cheap camera (S400).

GREAT photo!! Could be n the National Geographic! But if these things spring out water how did you protected your equipment? I wouldn't dare this one...but then again Only the Brave succeed...

Thank you for the comments. This was taken in Paris, France during the summertime (Paris-Plage operation). These are artificial rainforest poles. You have mist coming out of the little buds. It was a very hot day and people were reaching up for the mist to cool them off.
