Sorry, but I didn't end up stepping in the puddle.

I used self timer + manual focus, PS unsharp and crop.

Canon PowerShot G2
1/640s f/4.5 at 21.0mm (35mm equivalent: 302mm) hide exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Yes indeed. It took many shots to get this idea to come together: the height if the shoe off the surface, the camera angle, the angle of the foot etc. and THEN I had to put my foot where focus was. I am very happy with the end result. Thanks for your interest. Andrew.
