Yes, Mary Anne, there is beveled glass on the front of the clock. I kind of liked the distortion it added to the numbers. Thanks to you and Yvonne for your comments! ~Sharon

Sharon, is there bevelled glass over the face of the clock? Either that, or there's a problem with my monitor, as I see a disconnect line through the middle of the 6 and the botton of the 5. --Mary Anne
